Valleysoft is seeking an experienced API Connect Designer/Architect to define the architecture, standards, and governance for scalable enterprise APIs. The role collaborates with architecture, engineering, infrastructure, cybersecurity, and DevOps teams to deliver secure API ecosystems.

The ideal candidate has 10–12 years in API management, expertise with IBM API Connect, and a strong background in REST/SOAP integration, security, and enterprise IAM integration.

Qualifications

• Requires bachelor’s degree in a technical field and 10–12 years in API management and integration architecture.
• Hands-on experience with IBM API Connect and enterprise API governance.

Responsibilities

• Design and architect enterprise API management solutions using IBM API Connect.
• Define scalable, secure, and highly available API platform architectures.
• Govern full API lifecycle: design, development, deployment, versioning, monitoring, retirement.
