JOB PURPOSE:

Plan, design, implement and follow-up Engineering Maintenance program to keep the efficiency of the equipment to help increase productivity and profitability, and aim to improve department performance.

Provide Maintenance System Administration support for CMMS modules and applications, and supervise all maintenance planning tasks and activities.

Maintaining liaison between Operations and Maintenance, responsible for planning, scheduling, and coordination of all plannable maintenance work performed within the technical department. Responsible for the maintenance of records and files essential to meaningful analysis and reporting of maintenance‑related matters.

Provide the department reports and historical data to allow smooth performance of the quality and planning functions.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:

  • Ensure the accuracy of information in the database, work and spare parts planned and prepared for the execution of the work,
  • Establish a weekly maintenance plan, and communicate with operation for schedule it
  • Analyze the gaps between planned and actual progress and highlight areas of concern that require the involvement of the associated task member,
  • Monitor all maintenance activities to comply with the maintenance policy in force and the maintenance strategy,
  • Prepare the provisional schedules of the maintenance activities according to the resources made available,
  • Identify the failures of the installations and propose corrective actions in a reactive way,
  • Load the planning and coordination of external service providers involved in the maintenance of the facilities.
  • Propose optimization and reliability options for equipment.
  • Plan, Prepare, Forecast, verify, Implement, and control Material plan for engineering department needs with the concerned departments to ensure spare parts availability to minimize breakdown and increase productivity by taking advantage of the annual plan.
  • Maintain files, and records, and archive all technical documentation to ensure it is available at points of use.

  • Ability to focus under pressure and meet deadlines.
