Confidential Jobs in the Eastern Province, Saudi Arabia seeks a Head of Engineering to lead our engineering consultancy and design function as the senior technical authority across civil, mechanical, and electrical disciplines. This is an advisory and design leadership role — not a general management position.

You will provide engineering consulting services to group entities and stakeholders, oversee offshore CAD drafting and interior design resources, and ensure all deliverables meet quality,

Qualifications

• 10 to 15 years in civil engineering with leadership experience.
• Experience providing engineering consultancy across civil, mechanical, and electrical disciplines in a contracting or facility management environment.
• Proven experience managing engineering design teams, including offshore/remote resources.
• Familiarity with fit-out, renovation, and maintenance work in commercial and industrial facilities.
• GCC experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide civil, mechanical, and electrical engineering consulting; act as owner's representative.
• Oversee production of drawings and manage offshore CAD and interior/landscape design resources.
• Provide engineering guidance on fit-out, renovation, and maintenance projects.
• Establish and enforce engineering quality standards, drawing conventions, and specification templates.
• Lead, mentor, and evaluate in-house engineers and offshore design teams; manage workload allocation.
• Prepare monthly engineering activity reports and coordinate with Operations Manager; support proposals and client presentations.
• Perform other duties reasonably required by the General Manager.
