The Controlling Engineer supports integrated project control by coordinating planning, cost, progress monitoring, project reporting, document control, billing procedures, and stakeholder follow-up across construction projects.
Functional Responsibilities
Project Control & Progress Monitoring
- Monitor project progress against schedule, budget, deliverables, and contractual requirements.
- Support integrated reporting across planning, cost control, procurement, construction, and contract administration.
- Identify project control gaps and escalated risks, delays, and coordination issues to management.
Coordination & Stakeholder Interface
- Coordinate between engineering, procurement, construction, client, consultant, and internal PMO teams.
- Follow up on actions, pending documents, billing inputs, claims, variations, and project reporting requirements.
- Support meetings, progress reviews, and internal control routines to keep project information aligned.
Reporting, Document Control & Commercial Support
- Support project reporting, document control procedures, billing procedures, and contract administration workflows.
- Maintain tracking logs, dashboards, registers, and control sheets that support decision-making.
- Assist with variation orders and claims by organizing relevant technical, contractual, and progress information.

Qualification
Bachelor in Civil Engineering or Architectural Engineering
