Join Baker Hughes and accelerate your career in Supply Chain through our two‑year Emerging Talent Program. The program typically starts in January or July and offers rotational assignments, classroom training, and real‑world projects.

Responsibilities
  • Work on diverse assignments in manufacturing, sourcing, materials management, logistics, quality, process improvement, HSE, and services operations.
  • Participate in structured career development, coaching, mentoring, and on‑the‑job learning.
  • Attend a comprehensive supply‑chain training curriculum, including certification in LEAN, Six Sigma, APICS, and other processes.
  • Network globally and cross‑functionally; lead program initiatives or projects with peers and interact with global business leaders.
  • Solve critical business challenges through cross‑functional, mission‑based teams.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, or equivalent from an accredited university.
  • Maximum three years’ work experience after graduation.
  • GPA ≥ 3.0/4.0 or equivalent.
  • Fluency in English (oral and written) and strong communication skills.
  • Geographical mobility (locations vary).
  • Demonstrated passion for supply‑chain operations.
  • Legally entitled to work in Saudi Arabia without sponsorship or time restrictions.
