Qualifications

• Minimum 6 years experience, including 3 years in Emergency Care or related field.
• Current licensure as a professional registered nurse, with BLS/ACLS/PALS certifications.

Responsibilities

• Lead nursing unit processes and ensure highest standards of patient care.
• Mentor junior staff within the unit and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams.
• Develop protocols to enhance patient safety and operational efficiency.
• Engage staff to maintain high quality of care and patient safety.
• Support the empowerment of nurses through the Nursing Professional Practice Model.
