Eram Talent is seeking a detail-oriented Electrical/Mechanical Technician to support our engineering, manufacturing, laboratory, and workshop activities. The role covers equipment maintenance, fabrication, assembly, testing, and troubleshooting while aligning with project requirements.

The candidate should read engineering drawings and follow instructions with a hands-on approach to solve technical problems and keep workshop operations efficient.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience in mechanical fabrication, assembly, maintenance, or electrical work.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Good teamwork and communication skills.
• Ability to understand and work from engineering drawings, sketches, and technical instructions.
• Hands-on experience with workshop tools and equipment.

Responsibilities

• Support sourcing and outsourcing CNC machine parts and related components.
• Fabrication and assembly of metallic and non-metallic parts from drawings and instructions.
• Assist in electrical systems realization, assembly, and testing.
• Support ongoing projects through fabrication, assembly, and testing activities.
• Maintain workshop and laboratory equipment, materials, tools, and assets.
