Job summary

Trading and Development Partnership is seeking an Electrical Procurement Engineer in Riyadh to source, evaluate, and procure electrical materials for power projects including substations, OHTL, and underground cables. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering required.
• 5–10 years of procurement experience in power projects.
• Experience with substations, OHTL, UGC projects.
• Knowledge of IEC/IEEE standards and utility specs.
• ERP systems experience (SAP) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end procurement for electrical components and systems used in power projects.
• Prepare RFQs, analyze offers, and conduct techno-commercial evaluations.
• Source and procure transformers, switchgear, cables, conductors, insulators, towers, and accessories.
• Coordinate with engineering, project, and construction teams on technical requirements and timelines.
• Negotiate pricing, delivery, and contract terms with suppliers and subcontractors.
• Ensure materials comply with project specs and international standards.
