Job summary

Jasara Program Management Company (Jasara PMC) seeks a Senior Design Manager - MEP (Electrical) to lead consultant-led electrical design activities across all project stages, ensuring compliance with standards and project briefs.

This role provides technical governance, supports the Design Director in assurance, cost alignment, and value engineering, and coordinates with architecture, structure, and infrastructure teams.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of experience in electrical engineering design and project delivery.
• 7+ years in senior design management or leadership roles.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering.
• Master’s Degree preferred in Electrical Engineering/Power Systems or Engineering Management.
• Extensive experience with power distribution, LV/MV infrastructure, substations, switchgear, and critical electrical systems.

Responsibilities

• Oversee electrical design activities across concept to construction documentation.
• Lead design governance including reviews, compliance and stage-gate approvals.
• Coordinate electrical with architectural, structural, mechanical, ICT, security, and utilities.
• Review calculations, studies and design reports (load, short circuit, protection, arc flash, etc.).
• Support cost alignment, value engineering, risk management, and construction readiness.
