ALJOMAIH BOTTLING PLANTS is seeking an experienced Maintenance Supervisor to plan, supervise, and optimize maintenance activities across the plants in Riyadh. You will lead a team to ensure production continuity, equipment reliability, and compliance with safety standards.
You will oversee preventive, corrective, and shutdown maintenance, drive engineering standards, support troubleshooting, and coordinate with line managers.
The role plans and oversees preventive, corrective, and shutdown maintenance activities, provides technical support for troubleshooting and equipment upgrades, leads electrical installations and commissioning activities, and leads the maintenance team to ensure production continuity, equipment performance, and compliance with safety and operational standards.
Develops and implements preventive, corrective, and shutdown maintenance plans for plants by scheduling activities, allocating resources, and coordinating maintenance requirements once approved by the line manager to ensure the reliable operation, diagnosis, repair, and installation of electrical systems.
Develops, reviews, and updates maintenance procedures, controls, and engineering standards, prepares and monitors departmental budgets, follows up on ISO compliance requirements, and drives continuous improvement initiatives ensuring operational performance is maintained in line with company policies, procedures, and business commitments.
Leads the generation, allocation, and follow-up of maintenance work orders for all production lines by ensuring activities are properly recorded, updated, and tracked within the MP2 system ensuring standardization, visibility, and control of maintenance operations.
Leads troubleshooting and corrective maintenance activities by analyzing electrical failures, identifying root causes, implementing corrective actions, and monitoring equipment performance ensuring production equipment remains operational and capable of meeting production and quality requirements.
Provides technical guidance, troubleshooting expertise, and engineering support to the electrical maintenance team by recommending solutions, supporting complex repairs, and ensuring the availability of required tools, spare parts, and resources.
Plans, supervises, and validates new or modified electrical installations, including motors, control circuits, automation systems, and lighting networks, conducts testing and commissioning activities, and confirms compliance with operational and safety requirements before final acceptance.
Reviews and evaluates newly delivered electrical spare parts, materials, and equipment by verifying technical specifications, quality requirements, and compatibility with existing systems ensuring suitability for operational use and maintenance requirements.
Sets targets for the team, leads activities according to priorities, develops subordinates, appraises their performance and motivates them to meet business objectives, and approves team vacation requests.
