Job summary

emagine is seeking a senior professional to oversee the downstream portfolio, ensuring effective integration and optimization of acquisitions while supporting strategic capital allocation decisions. You will map affiliates into governance structures and define reporting requirements to drive value across the portfolio.

The role requires deep knowledge of downstream value chains, experience with merger activity, and the ability to engage with CFOs and executives.

Qualifications

• Downstream Oil & Gas M&A experience, financial due diligence, or post-merger integration experience.
• Strong understanding of integrated downstream value chains and affiliate structures.
• Ability to engage with CFOs and executive stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Provide an end-to-end view of the downstream portfolio, affiliate landscape, and business models.
• Advise on how acquired or new affiliates map into the target GCOA, dimensions, and governance.
• Define portfolio, capital allocation, and working capital reporting requirements.
• Bring IOC/NOC peer benchmarks and leading practices to the design.
• Support design ownership, governance, and roadmap priorities.
