A luxury hospitality brand is seeking a Door Attendant for its location in Umluj, Tabuk Province, Saudi Arabia. The role involves providing a warm welcome to guests, ensuring a polished arrival experience, and coordinating with the Bell Team and Valet. Candidates should have at least 2 years of experience in a luxury 5-star hotel, a valid driving license, and excellent communication skills. This position emphasizes attention to detail and guest service excellence.
Provide a warm, sincere greeting to all guests upon arrival and departure, using appropriate names and titles whenever possible.
Open and close vehicle and resort doors with grace and professionalism, ensuring an attentive and polished arrival experience.
Coordinate seamlessly with the Bell Team, Valet, and Front Office to manage guest luggage and transportation needs efficiently.
Assist the Valet team with parking and retrieving guest vehicles in a responsible and timely manner.
Maintain the highest standards of cleanliness and presentation in the hotel entrance and public areas, ensuring the arrival experience is defect‑free.
Uphold the brand’s Emotional Luxury philosophy, ensuring every interaction feels bespoke, heartfelt, and memorable.
Act as a storyteller, sharing knowledge about the resort’s nature-focused concept and the unique natural beauty of the Red Sea destination.
Anticipate guest preferences by observing their needs and providing proactive assistance without being intrusive.
Ensure the safety and security of the entrance area, monitoring traffic flow and reporting any unusual activities or hazards.
Adhere to all Raffles and Accor hygiene, safety, and service standards at all times.
