Job summary

Delta International PK is seeking a dispatcher in Riyadh to manage daily concrete delivery schedules, assign trucks, and coordinate with batching plants. The role requires strong communication and the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

You will liaise with Sales, Operations, Plant, Logistics and Accounts, ensure on-time deliveries, and maintain dispatch records. Saudi residency or work authorization preferred; salary is listed as shown.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of dispatch/logistics experience.
• Knowledge of concrete delivery and batching operations.
• Strong coordination and communication skills.
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Good command of English; Arabic is an advantage.
• MS Office/Excel proficiency.
• Experience with GPS/tracking or dispatch systems preferred.
• Able to work flexible shifts and extended hours.
• Saudi residency/work authorization preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily concrete delivery schedules based on customer/site requirements.
• Assign and monitor concrete mixer trucks and drivers.
• Coordinate with batching plants regarding production and loading schedules.
• Maintain communication with project sites and site representatives.
• Monitor truck movements and on-time delivery.
• Handle changes, delays, urgent orders, and delivery issues.
• Maintain dispatch records, delivery tickets, and truck availability.
• Coordinate with QA on concrete specifications and testing.
• Communicate with drivers about site access, unloading and delivery sequence.
• Prepare daily dispatch and delivery reports.
• Follow Saudi regulations and company safety procedures.
• Collaborate with Sales, Operations, Plant, Logistics, and Accounts teams.
