Qualifications

• Track record of building or owning large digital products or properties and shipping them.
• Demonstrated portfolio of user-centric digital experiences with positive engagement KPIs.
• Significant industry knowledge within Financial Services.
• Experience building and leading digital product scrum teams.
• Experience working with multi-disciplinary teams across product, project management, UX, marketing and engineering.
• Strong ability to absorb data to direct decision making.
