Responsibilities
  • Design, execute, and optimize multi-channel direct marketing campaigns.
  • Develop and manage a campaign calendar aligned with business objectives and promotions.
  • Collaborate with IT and Data teams to maintain accurate and segmented customer databases.
  • Implement A/B testing and personalization strategies to maximize engagement and conversion.
  • Segment customers to deliver lifecycle marketing strategies (acquisition, retention, win-back).
  • Track and analyze campaign performance, ROI, and customer behavior metrics.
  • Work cross-functionally with E-commerce, Product, and Communications teams to enhance customer experience.
  • Stay updated with the latest CRM and direct marketing technologies to drive innovation.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
  • 3–5 years of CRM and direct marketing experience, ideally in retail or e-commerce.
  • Proven experience with SMS, email, WhatsApp messaging, and push notification platforms.
  • Hands-on experience with CRM/Marketing Automation systems (Emarsys preferred).
  • Strong understanding of customer lifecycle marketing.
  • Proficiency in Excel and marketing analytics tools (Google Analytics, Power BI, etc.).
  • Knowledge of data privacy regulations (PDPL).
  • Bilingual in Arabic & English with excellent communication skills.
