We are actively looking for a Direct Marketing Lead to join our Marketing team,
Responsibilities
- Design, execute, and optimize multi-channel direct marketing campaigns.
- Develop and manage a campaign calendar aligned with business objectives and promotions.
- Collaborate with IT and Data teams to maintain accurate and segmented customer databases.
- Implement A/B testing and personalization strategies to maximize engagement and conversion.
- Segment customers to deliver lifecycle marketing strategies (acquisition, retention, win-back).
- Track and analyze campaign performance, ROI, and customer behavior metrics.
- Work cross-functionally with E-commerce, Product, and Communications teams to enhance customer experience.
- Stay updated with the latest CRM and direct marketing technologies to drive innovation.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
- 3–5 years of CRM and direct marketing experience, ideally in retail or e-commerce.
- Proven experience with SMS, email, WhatsApp messaging, and push notification platforms.
- Hands-on experience with CRM/Marketing Automation systems (Emarsys preferred).
- Strong understanding of customer lifecycle marketing.
- Proficiency in Excel and marketing analytics tools (Google Analytics, Power BI, etc.).
- Knowledge of data privacy regulations (PDPL).
- Bilingual in Arabic & English with excellent communication skills.
