Responsibilities
- Plan, manage, and execute digital marketing campaigns across paid search, social media, display, email, and other relevant channels.
- Optimize campaigns to maximize ROI, improve click-through rates, and achieve lead generation/conversion goals.
- Manage end-to-end campaign execution including content briefs, creatives, targeting, and reporting.
- Collaborate with creative, content, and product teams to develop engaging campaign assets.
- Track, analyze, and report on campaign performance using tools such as Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, and marketing automation platforms.
- Conduct A/B testing to improve campaign performance and user engagement.
- Stay up to date with digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices to bring innovative ideas into campaigns.
- Support SEO, website optimization, and CRM/marketing automation initiatives as required.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Media, Communications, or a related field.
- 4+ years of hands-on digital marketing experience.
