Dietitian - Nutritionist

As a Dietitian - Nutritionist in Mecca, you will be responsible for providing expert advice and guidance on nutrition and diet to clients, with a focus on weight management, as well as promoting overall health and well-being. You will work closely with clients to assess their dietary needs and provide personalized meal plans and recommendations. You will also educate clients on the importance of nutrition and help them make healthy food choices. This role requires strong communication and interpersonal skills, as well as a thorough understanding of nutrition principles and the ability to create effective meal plans.

Responsibilities

• Conduct consultations with clients to assess their dietary needs and goals
• Develop personalized meal plans tailored to each client's specific needs
• Educate clients on the importance of proper nutrition and how it can impact their health
• Monitor clients' progress and make adjustments to meal plans as needed
• Stay up-to-date on the latest research and trends in nutrition science
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, such as doctors or physical therapists, to coordinate care for clients
• Provide support and guidance to clients throughout their journey towards better health
• Maintain accurate records of client consultations and progress

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Nutrition or a related field
• Certification as a Registered Dietitian (RD) or Nutritionist (RDN)
• Minimum of 2 years of experience working in a clinical or community setting
• Strong knowledge of nutrition principles, including macro and micronutrients
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Ability to create personalized meal plans based on individual needs and preferences
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport with clients from diverse backgrounds
• Proficiency in using technology for record keeping purposes
