Job summary

Johns Hopkins Aramco Healthcare in Saudi Arabia seeks a Diagnostic Imaging Technologist to perform advanced X-ray exams, including orthopedic and fluoroscopy, while applying radiation safety standards to ensure quality imaging and throughput.

The role includes mentoring interns and junior technologists, supporting daily operations, and participating in maintenance, quality control and supplies management under the manager's guidance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor Degree in Radiologic Science OR Master’s degree in Radiologic Science with a minimum of 2 years' diagnostic imaging experience
• SCFHS Certification
• Minimum 4 years' clinical experience
• English: Advanced; Arabic: Basic

Responsibilities

• Perform advanced and orthopedic specific X-ray exams including all Fluoroscopy procedures
• Apply current radiation protection standards in radiology to adjust parameters and obtain better image quality and improve throughput
• Oversees the training and development of interns and junior technologists on routine exams and procedures
• Participate in all areas activities to maintain efficient operation, equipment calibration, quality control, supplies and any other operational activity assigned by the manager

The Diagnostic Imaging Technologist performs various routine trauma and bedside radiographic procedures in accordance with established practices and procedures to ensure compliance with safety environmental and infection control standards
