Job summary

Omrania seeks a Design Manager in Landscape Architecture to lead day-to-day design management from concept through IFC delivery, ensuring design excellence and full interdisciplinary integration.

You will supervise a multi-disciplinary team, manage schedules and budgets, and coordinate with civil, MEP, and infrastructure specialists.

Fluent English (and Arabic where applicable) is required; GCC project experience and BIM leadership using Revit LA, Civil 3D, Navisworks are highly valued.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Landscape Architecture from a recognised University.
• Professional accreditation (CMLI/ASLA) preferred.
• Minimum 15 years total experience, including GCC design-management exposure.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day management and coordination of landscape and public-realm design from concept through IFC delivery.
• Monitor fee utilisation, scope changes, and implement change-control processes where required.
• Mentor and manage a multi-disciplinary team across Landscape, Irrigation, BIM, Visualisation, CAD and Environmental specialists.
• Coordinate with civil, MEP, and infrastructure requirements and ensure design integration.
• Represent the Landscape discipline in meetings, client presentations and design workshops.
