Overview

AtkinsRéalis is looking for a Site Design Delivery Manager (Museum) in Riyadh, KSA. The role requires previous experience as an interior/fit‑out or Project Manager in the interior design industry.

Your role
  • Review Contractor Submissions for Interior Design packages against the desired design intent and liaise with Design Manager, proposing alternate solutions where required.
  • Interpret the design vision for each area/package and discuss with the Architect/designer.
  • Review Contractor's material approval requests.
  • Review Contractor proposals for vendors, suppliers and subcontractors and report conclusions.
  • Monitor and report on the contractors' activities on site.
  • Compile performance data and progress reports for the Resident Engineer, Project Controls Manager and Project Director.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant building codes, regulations and sustainability practices throughout the design and implementation process.
  • Demonstrate a proven track record of successful project completions and client satisfaction.
  • Manage the installation of FF&E.
About you
Education & Experience
  • Bachelor's degree in Architecture or Interior Design from an accredited institution.
  • 15+ years of experience.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in KSA.
  • Currently based in KSA.
Key Skills
  • Previous experience as an interior design/Fit‑out or Project Manager in the interior design industry in KSA.
  • Project experience working on high‑end museums and luxury fit‑outs in KSA.
  • Excellent communication skills in spoken and written English.
  • Extensive experience developing interior design schemes.
  • Highly competent in MS Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, SharePoint, BIM360 and Autodesk.
  • Team player capable of fitting into a diverse team.
  • Client and contractor facing – proven ability to present to clients and gain their confidence and liaise with contractors at all levels.
