• Overseeing and managing the design process from concept to completion.
• Coordinating with clients, engineers, and contractors to ensure design quality and feasibility.
• Ensuring designs meet project specifications, timelines, and budgets.
• Leading the design team and ensuring quality control throughout the project.
• Reporting to senior management and coordinating with other departments.

Industry Required: Architecture, Engineering, Construction, or Interior Design

• 10 years of experience in a design role, with a strong portfolio of high-quality professional work and project samples.
• Experience working with international design consultants or in high-level local firms.
• Expertise in foundational design concepts, visual principles, and proficiency with the techniques, tools, and technologies necessary for exceptional design work.
• Experience in managing distinguished or destination projects, especially in the Gulf region.
• Ability to think critically, communicate effectively, and meet deadlines.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor or Associates degree in Architecture (Master or Ph.D. would be an advantage)
• PMP or MBA is preferable
• Certification and/or training in relevant design software programs
