Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience coordinating a team of drivers and delivering to customers.

Responsibilities

• Manage drivers team to ensure stock delivery quickly and with proper accountability.
• Deliver stocks to customers as early as possible and maintain good relationships.
• Follow procedures for invoices including stamps and signatures.
• Submit invoices to warehouse same day or next day and prepare delivery reports.
• Maintain delivery vans in proper working condition.

Responsibilities

JOB PURPOSE

Manage drivers team to ensure delivery stocks as quickly as possible and maintain correct accountability.

PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES

• Delivery Management:
• Deliver stocks to customers as early as possible.
• Maintain good repot with customers.
• Follow acknowledgement procedures of taking stamp and signature of customers on Invoices.
• Submits Invoice back to warehouse the same day or next day.
• Prepare delivery report.
• Maintain delivery vans in proper working condition.

Qualifications

EXPERIENCE / COMPETENCIES REQUIRED

• Drivers team coordination experience.
• Ability to read in English and Arabic.
• Adhere to assigned routes, schedules, safety procedures, and transportation laws.
• Good time management and customer service skills
