Job summary

Saudi Telecom Company is seeking a Senior Analytics Lead to identify, design, and deliver cross-functional analytics use cases that enhance BU and FU decision making. You will develop dashboards, reports, tools, and real-time analyses while guiding complex predictive studies.

You will allocate SWAT resources, collaborate with BU insight specialists, and prioritize high-value analyses. The role requires leadership experience in telco or financial services analytics.

Qualifications

• Degree required in Computer Science or Information Technology.
• Certifications related to analytics or data science are advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Selects and leads a SWAT team of analytics experts to serve cross-sector CEO-level requests.
• Ensures collaboration between SWAT team and BU insight specialists to provide capacity and guidance.
• Allocates analytical resources to meet BU analytical needs and prioritizes high-value cross-functional analyses.

Job Purpose

The role holder is responsible for identifying designing and delivering cross-functional analytics use cases that will enhance the BUs FUs decision making abilities including dashboards reports tools solutions real-time and interactive analysis as well as forward predictive analysis required for effective business decision-making The role holder also ensures the allocation of resources to the different advanced analytics project and the nature of support to be provided to the business units when required The role holder shall carry out his duties in accordance with the stipulated business policies and procedures

Job Responsibility

Selects and leads a team of advanced analytics experts and data scientists SWAT team to serve cross-sector and strategic CEO type requests Ensures the collaboration between SWAT team and BU specific insight specialists and data scientists to provide additional capacity or guidance to meet internal BU analytical needs Supports the BUs FUs need for complex and standardized analytics requests by allocating analytical resources from the SWAT team Proposes cross-functional analytics use cases based on available data and needs from the Bus FUs Prioritizes implementation of cross-functional analyses based on the assessment of value creation potential for STC
