Job summary

stc is seeking a Sr.Professional in Riyadh to identify, design and deliver cross-functional analytics use cases that enhance decision making across business units. You will lead a SWAT team of analytics experts to support CEO-type requests with dashboards, reports, real-time analysis and forward predictive insights.

This role requires coordinating resources, prioritizing value-creating analyses, and guiding BU insights specialists to meet internal analytical needs.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in advanced analytics or related field.
• Experience in Telco, Financial Services (Information Products) or e-commerce.
• Bachelor degree in Computer Science or Information Technology.

Responsibilities

• Selects and leads a team of advanced analytics experts and data scientists (SWAT team) to serve cross-sector and strategic requests.
• Ensures collaboration between SWAT team and BU insight specialists and data scientists to provide capacity or guidance.
• Supports BU/FU needs for complex and standardized analytics requests by allocating analytical resources from the SWAT team.
• Proposes cross-functional analytics use cases based on available data and needs from the BU/FUs.
• Prioritizes implementation of cross-functional analyses based on the assessment of value creation potential for STC.

Job Purpose

The role holder is responsible for identifying, designing and delivering cross-functional analytics use cases that will enhance the BUs/FUs decision making abilities, including dashboards, reports, tools, solutions, real-time and interactive analysis, as well as forward predictive analysis required for effective business decision-making. The role holder also ensures the allocation of resources to the different advanced analytics project and the nature of support to be provided to the business units when required. The role holder shall carry out his duties in accordance with the stipulated business policies and procedures.

Job Responsibility

• Selects and leads a team of advanced analytics experts and data scientists (SWAT team) to serve cross-sector and strategic (CEO type) requests
• Ensures the collaboration between SWAT team and BU specific insight specialists and data scientists to provide additional capacity or guidance to meet internal BU analytical needs
• Supports the BUs/FUs need for complex and standardized analytics requests by allocating analytical resources from the SWAT team
• Proposes cross-functional analytics use cases based on available data and needs from the Bus/FUs
• Prioritizes implementation of cross-functional analyses based on the assessment of value creation potential for STC
