Job summary

Tanmiah | تنمية is seeking a Data Governance professional to lead governance and management frameworks from its Riyadh HQ. You will implement enablers, monitor standards, and drive quality across data assets to support strategic decisions.

Applicants should have 4+ years in data governance or analytics, solid SQL and Python skills, and a CDMP certification. This is a full-time, office-based role located at the program’s headquarters or branches across the kingdom.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in IT, CS, Data Science or related field.
• Minimum 4 years in data management, analytics or governance.
• Proficient in data analysis, dashboard development, SQL and Python.
• CDMP certification is required.

Responsibilities

• Develop, enhance, and implement data governance and data management frameworks and operating models.
• Implement and support enablers and solutions related to data governance and data management.
• Manage and contribute to national data governance and data management performance indicators and measurement requirements.
• Implement and monitor compliance with applicable data governance and data management standards.
• Apply data quality standards to improve accuracy, completeness, consistency, and reliability.
• Develop, maintain, and continuously update the Data Catalog in line with standards.

Job description

• Implement and support technical enablers and solutions related to data governance and data management.
• Manage and contribute to national data governance and data management performance indicators and measurement requirements.
• Implement and monitor compliance with applicable data governance and data management standards and requirements.
• Apply data quality standards and practices to improve data accuracy, completeness, consistency, and reliability.
• Develop, maintain, and continuously update the Data Catalog in accordance with approved data governance standards.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field.
• Minimum of 4 years of experience in data management, data analytics, data governance, or related fields.
• Proficiency in data analysis, dashboard development, data modeling, SQL databases, and Python.
• Certified Data Management Professional (CDMP) certification.

Work Conditions:

• Full-time (Sunday to Thursday).
• Working hours: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM.
• Office-based work at the program’s headquarters in Riyadh or the other branches around the kingdom.
