Qualifications

• 3–5 years of relevant experience in data management and data governance.
• Proven experience managing data governance programs.
• Solid understanding of data management principles focusing on cataloging, classification, and quality.
• Proficiency in project management, roadmap tracking, and reporting on data management programs.

Responsibilities

• Assist in designing and implementing data governance programs (cataloging, sharing, classification, quality).
• Develop and maintain program roadmaps with timelines and resources.
• Monitor performance against KPIs and identify improvement opportunities.
• Enforce data governance frameworks, policies, and standards across the organization.
