Job summary

Inbox Business Technologies seeks an experienced Data, Governance & Adoption Analytics SME to lead data governance, data quality, and BI concepts for a transformation programme. You will own the adoption-measurement framework from KPI design to dashboard delivery and reporting.

The role requires a minimum of 5 years in data governance and analytics, strong Power BI/dashboard development skills, and knowledge of DAMA-DMBOK. Fluent English is essential.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the subject-matter authority on data governance, data quality, data management, data privacy and BI/analytics concepts for all programme content.
• Review and validate the technical accuracy of data-related communication and training content.
• Design and maintain a KPI / adoption-measurement framework covering engagement, literacy and satisfaction metrics.
• Build and maintain BI dashboards (e.g., Power BI) to track programme adoption and effectiveness.
• Design, administer and analyse surveys to measure awareness, satisfaction and literacy.
• Compile periodic adoption and measurement reports with trend analysis and improvement recommendations.
• Advise on data-literacy frameworks and awareness-assessment design.
• Support executive briefings and stakeholder sessions with data-domain credibility.
• Maintain alignment with the organisation's data strategy, governance policies and relevant regulatory context.

Inbox Business Technologies is looking for an experienced Data, Governance & Adoption Analytics SME to serve as the data governance and analytics authority for an organisational change or transformation programme — ensuring the technical accuracy of data-related content — while owning the end-to-end adoption-measurement framework, from KPI design through to dashboard delivery and reporting.

• Compile periodic (quarterly/annual) adoption and measurement reports, with trend analysis and improvement recommendations.

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Data Management, Information Systems, Computer Science) with a minimum of 5 years' relevant experience in data governance, data management, data quality, analytics or BI.
• Experience in enterprise data environments preferred.
• Demonstrable experience building and maintaining BI dashboards and measurement frameworks.
• Data governance and management frameworks (e.g., DAMA-DMBOK); data quality and data privacy.
• BI & analytics; KPI framework design; dashboard development (Power BI or similar).
• Survey design and analysis; stakeholder advisory.
• Translating technical concepts for business audiences.
• CDMP (DAMA) — preferred; a BI-platform certification (e.g., Power BI Data Analyst) — preferred; a cloud data-governance certification — a plus.
• Language: English (fluent).
