Job summary

Reboot Monkey in Khobar, Saudi Arabia is seeking a Data Center Technician to deliver on-site support at local data center facilities. You will perform remote hands tasks, install and decommission server racks, manage cross-connects, and troubleshoot hardware while ensuring security and uptime.

The role requires hands-on data center experience, knowledge of server hardware, networking and cabling standards, plus strong English communication.

The Role

We're looking for a skilled Data Center Technician in Khobar, Saudi Arabia to provide on-site technical support at local data center facilities.

Key Responsibilities

• Remote Hands & Smart Hands support (cabling, power cycling, hardware swaps)
• Server rack installation and decommissioning
• Cross-connect and patch panel management
• Hardware troubleshooting and diagnostics
• Visual inspections and inventory audits
• Escort and access coordination for client visits
• Emergency response and on-call availability

Requirements

• Hands-on experience with data center infrastructure
• Knowledge of server hardware, networking, and cabling standards
• Reliable transportation and proximity to local data centers
