Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in data-related field (Data Science, Statistics, CS, Economics) or equivalent.
• 2+ years of data analysis experience, preferably in fintech/e-commerce.
• Proficiency in SQL, Python, R or equivalent data-analysis languages.
• Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent communication to present complex insights clearly to stakeholders.
• Knowledge of data governance, privacy standards, and security best practices.

Responsibilities

• Collect, clean, and analyze large datasets to identify trends and insights that support business objectives.
• Create and maintain dashboards and reports to monitor KPIs across departments.
• Collaborate with product, marketing, and risk teams to develop data-driven strategies.
