Job Overview

He/She will be responsible for Panda, Danube, Bin Dawood, Al Raya, Manuel, Sarwat, Star, Othaim, C4, Farm, Lulu & Tamimi in terms of payment analysis, unpaid invoice, balance confirmation, gather and organize data and share it to control. This includes generating RTV reports by location, resolving the discrepancies between our records and customer, and resolving data entry errors on invoices or credit notes. Moreover, support the periodic analysis of financial results, P&L, cash flow and balance sheet.

Responsibilities
  • Financial Reporting and Transaction Processing
  • Manage payment & bank reconciliation process.
  • Make sure everyday tasks are aligned with the company strategy.
  • Monthly detailed financial reviews by customer.
  • Timely processing of all payments.
  • Ensure accurate and timely month‑end and year‑end closing with accurate cut‑offs.
  • Coordinate the accounting and recording of financial transaction in accordance with US GAAP, PepsiCo policies and local statutory requirements on SAP.
  • Prepare annual statutory accounts for local regulatory purpose and shareholders.
Qualifications
  • B.S. degree from an accredited university. Degree in Mathematics, Business, Computer Science, Engineering or related field preferred.
  • Proficient in utilizing Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint for data analysis and presentations.
  • Strong analytical skills.
  • Strong accounting experience.
  • IT system familiarity.
  • Good knowledge of reconciliation.
  • Fundamental local tax/zakat competency.
  • Relationship building skills and ability to influence at all levels and build relationships with key stakeholders, including Finance & Sales.
