Job summary

Sindal Trading Co is seeking an experienced Credit Control & Receivables Officer to manage overdue customer accounts across its branches in Saudi Arabia. You will contact customers, negotiate payment commitments, monitor aging, and coordinate with sales and accounts teams.

The role also involves visiting customers when required, reducing overdue balances and improving cash flow while ensuring compliance with agreed credit terms.

Qualifications

• Experience in credit control or accounts receivable or debt collection.
• Excellent Arabic communication, negotiation and follow-up skills.
• Strong knowledge of overdue invoices, aging and reconciliation.
• Good Microsoft Excel skills and familiarity with ERP or accounting systems.
• Ability to prepare daily collection reports and meet targets.
• Professional, persistent and diplomatic approach to payments recovery.
• Willingness to visit customers and travel to branches as required.
