Job summary

Picasso Institute is seeking a proactive content creator to develop and manage social media content across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and more. You will plan, shoot, and edit photos and short-form videos, delivering on-brand concepts and engaging captions.

You will collaborate with marketing and design teams, stay current on trends, and manage a content calendar to ensure timely delivery and strong engagement offsets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred in Marketing, Communications, Media, Digital Marketing, or related field.
• Experience in content creation and social media or digital marketing.
• Strong photography and videography skills.
• Proficiency in video/photo editing tools CapCut, Photoshop, or Adobe Premiere Pro & Canva.

Responsibilities

• Create and develop engaging content for Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and other digital platforms.
• Plan, shoot, and edit photos and short-form videos (Reels, Stories).
• Develop creative concepts aligned with the brand strategy.
