EWAA Hotels in Saudi Arabia is seeking a Cost Controller to monitor hotel costs, control F&B expenses, and analyze variances to ensure effective cost management in line with company policies. You will work across departments to optimize spending and drive profitability.

The role requires 2–3 years of cost control experience in hospitality, strong MS Excel skills, and hotel accounting familiarity. Hotel experience is a must for this position, located in Riyadh.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Hospitality Management or related field.
• 2–3 years of cost control experience in hotel/hospitality industry.
• Strong knowledge of F&B cost control and inventory management.
• Experience with hotel accounting systems and MS Excel.
• Excellent analytical and reporting skills with attention to detail.
• Hotel industry experience is required.

Responsabilidades

• Monitor and control Food & Beverage costs and operational expenses.
• Review purchasing, receiving, issuing, and inventory processes.
• Conduct regular inventory counts and reconcile stock balances.
• Analyze cost variances and prepare periodic cost reports.
• Monitor food and beverage consumption and wastage.
• Ensure proper costing of menus, recipes, and products.
• Coordinate with Finance, F&B, Kitchen, Purchasing, and Stores departments.
• Identify cost-saving opportunities while maintaining quality standards.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and internal controls.

Role Description
