Role Purpose

The Corporate Performance Manager is responsible for enabling disciplined strategy execution and enterprise performance management across the Group. The role translates corporate and business unit strategies into measurable objectives, KPIs/OKRs, and initiatives, ensures rigorous tracking and action follow-up, and drives closure of performance gaps through structured governance. The role also supports the ownership and day‑to‑day administration of the strategy execution platform (e.g., Cascade.app) to ensure data quality, adoption, and timely reporting.

Key Accountabilities & Responsibilities
  • Translate corporate and business unit strategies into measurable objectives, KPIs/OKRs, and initiatives.
  • Support cascading objectives and KPIs across L2–L4 levels to ensure consistency and line‑of‑sight.
  • Ensure alignment between corporate strategy, annual business plans, and strategic initiatives.
  • Identify execution gaps and proactively follow up with stakeholders to secure timely delivery and decisions.
2) KPI / OKR Design, Tracking & Performance Follow‑up
  • Support KPI/OKR design, baselining, target setting, and calibration with stakeholders.
  • Maintain KPI/OKR governance elements: definitions, formulas, owners, data sources, update frequency, and thresholds.
  • Track performance versus targets, analyze variance, and propose corrective actions.
  • Follow up on delayed updates and non‑compliance; escalate persistent risks or gaps as required.
3) Performance Governance & Review Cadence
  • Coordinate monthly, quarterly, and annual performance review cycles (Group and business units).
  • Prepare performance packs, dashboards, executive summaries, and decision logs.
  • Track actions, risks, and decisions arising from reviews and ensure closure within agreed timelines.
  • Maintain governance trackers, audit trails, and evidence for decisions and follow‑ups.
4) Strategy Execution Platform Management (Cascade.app)
  • Configure and administer Cascade.app to reflect the enterprise performance framework.
  • Maintain objectives, KPIs, initiatives, milestones, and dependencies in the platform.
  • Monitor and improve data quality, timeliness of updates, and user adoption across business units.
  • Coordinate with IT and vendors/consultants for enhancements, issue resolution, training, and best practices.
5) Initiative, Action & Benefits Tracking
  • Track strategic initiatives, milestones, timelines, dependencies, and delivery risks.
  • Monitor benefit realization (financial and non‑financial), including assumptions, owners, and evidence.
  • Ensure corrective actions are documented, assigned, and closed; highlight bottlenecks and delays early.
6) Analytics, Reporting & Insights
  • Develop and continuously improve dashboards, scorecards, and performance analytics.
  • Conduct root‑cause analysis on recurring performance gaps; produce actionable insights and recommendations.
  • Ensure reporting accuracy, consistency, and timeliness across all levels and stakeholders.
7) Stakeholder Engagement & Enablement
  • Engage cross‑functionally to drive accountability and performance transparency.
  • Support training and enablement on performance management standards, governance, and tools.
  • Promote a culture of ownership, disciplined execution, and continuous improvement across the Group.

Qualifications & Candidate Requirements
Education
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Strategy, Finance, Engineering Management, or related field.
  • Master’s degree (MBA or equivalent) preferred.
Experience
  • 5–8 years of experience in corporate performance management, strategy execution, PMO, FP&A, business planning, or related roles.
  • Demonstrated experience in KPI/OKR governance, performance review cadences, and action tracking.
  • Hands‑on experience with strategy execution / OKR platforms (Cascade.app or equivalents).
  • Exposure to large and/or multi‑business organizations; KSA/GCC experience preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of performance frameworks (KPIs, OKRs, Balanced Scorecard, benefits tracking).
  • Advanced analytical capability (variance analysis, trend insights, root‑cause analysis).
  • High attention to detail, data discipline, and governance mindset.
  • Strong stakeholder management and ability to influence without formal authority.
  • Strong communication (written and verbal), executive‑ready reporting and presentation.
  • High ownership, follow‑through, and ability to drive closure.
  • English required; Arabic preferred.

  • Cascade.app (or similar strategy execution tools)
  • Advanced Excel, PowerPoint
  • BI tools (Power BI/Tableau) is an advantage
  • ERP/Finance performance reporting exposure is an advantage

Working Conditions
  • On‑site role at Head Office in Riyadh.
  • Requires frequent coordination with multiple business units and functions; periodic peak cycles aligned with monthly/quarterly reviews.
