Job summary

Qiddiya Investment Company seeks an experienced professional to lead the digitalization of Workplace services. You will develop mobile/web apps, dashboards, and automated workflows to improve employee experience and operational efficiency.

Close collaboration with stakeholders and external vendors is essential to transform manual processes into scalable digital solutions. The role focuses on turning data logs and spreadsheets into interactive reporting, real-time insights, and user-friendly

Qualifications

• Experience in building mobile and/or web applications.
• Strong knowledge of the Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI).
• Experience with data visualization, dashboards, and workflow automation.
• Understanding of APIs, system integrations, and databases.

Responsibilities

• Develop and enhance digital Workplace tools, applications, and dashboards.

Role Summary

Lead the digitalization of Workplace services by developing and enhancing digital solutions that improve employee experience and operational efficiency. The role will transform manual processes, spreadsheets, and data logs into interactive dashboards, automated workflows, and user-friendly digital applications while working closely with internal stakeholders and external technology vendors.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and enhance digital Workplace tools, applications, and dashboards.
• Convert spreadsheets, databases, and operational logs into automated, real-time reporting solutions.
• Support the design and implementation of mobile and web applications for Workplace services.
• Partner with external vendors to develop and continuously improve Workplace digital platforms.
• Identify opportunities to automate manual processes and improve service delivery.
• Ensure digital solutions are user-centric, scalable, and aligned with Workplace strategy.
• Integrate data from multiple sources to provide actionable insights for decision-making.

Preferred Background & Skills

• Experience in app development (mobile and/or web applications).
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI) or similar low-code platforms.
• Experience with data visualization, dashboard development, and workflow automation.
• Understanding of APIs, system integrations, and database concepts.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
