About the Role

Are you passionate about ensuring Ground Support Equipment excellence and maintaining the highest operational standards for line maintenance facilities?

You will play a crucial role in ensuring the safety, reliability, and efficiency of Riyadh Air's GSE maintenance equipment at Line Maintenance Facilities. This position requires technical background, attention to detail, and a commitment to maintaining the highest standards of safety and compliance with GACA regulations and company policies accomplished in a timely manner.

In this role, you will manage the GSE maintenance facility to ensure all required scheduled maintenance, corrective maintenance, and defect rectification is accomplished in a timely manner and in accordance with quality standards required by Riyadh Air and manufacturer maintenance procedures. You will ensure that optimum resources, tooling, equipment, and facilities are available to accomplish the required maintenance.

You can expect to record and report resources available and material utilization during equipment maintenance, prepare reports for monitoring activities associated with maintenance and workshop standards, and take required actions to ensure optimum efficiency is achieved. You'll monitor motorized, non-motorized, and battery equipment to ensure continued serviceability, ensure calibrated gauges, spares, and components are correctly handled and routed, and monitor aircraft-attached equipment quality and external appearance standards.

This is a critical role where your technical expertise and organizational skills will directly enhance ground operations efficiency, equipment reliability, and Riyadh Air's operational excellence.

About You

Diploma qualified or equivalent degree in aviation, engineering, or a related field, you will demonstrate 2 to 5 years of progressive experience in GSE Maintenance Equipment operations, with strong understanding of scheduled and corrective maintenance procedures.

You are expected to possess problem-solving abilities, analytical thinking, and exceptional attention to detail essential for maintaining equipment serviceability and workshop standards. You will bring strong interpersonal skills with the ability to coordinate resources effectively, along with an elevated level of professionalism and strong work ethic in a fast-paced maintenance environment.
