Job summary

A leading contracting company in the Riyadh Region seeks a seasoned Contract Manager to oversee contract-related activities for various infrastructure projects. The ideal candidate will have over 15 years of experience in contract management, strong expertise in FIDIC contracts, and excellent negotiation skills. This role is crucial in managing contracts and ensuring compliance with legal standards while providing guidance to project teams.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 15+ years of experience in contract management.
  • Strong knowledge of FIDIC contracts and international standards.
  • Proven experience in large contracting or consulting companies in the GCC.

Job description
  • Lead and manage all contract-related activities across multiple projects.
  • Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, subcontracts, and commercial agreements.
  • Ensure compliance with contractual terms, legal standards, and company policies.
  • Identify contractual risks and propose mitigation strategies.
  • Manage claims, variations, change orders, extensions of time, and dispute resolution.
  • Provide commercial and contractual guidance to project teams and senior management.
  • Prepare contractual correspondence, reports, and documentation throughout project life cycles.
  • Coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and internal stakeholders.
Skills
  • Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Quantity Surveying, Law, or related field.
  • Minimum 15+ years of experience in contract management within infrastructure, high-rise, roads, pipelines, and landscape projects.
  • Strong knowledge of FIDIC contracts and other international contracting standards.
  • Proven experience with large contracting or consulting companies in the GCC.
  • Excellent negotiation, commercial, and communication skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
