Job summary

Worley in the Eastern Province of Saudi Arabia is seeking a Contract Administrator to support the preparation, review, negotiation, and administration of contracts, subcontracts, and related commercial documents. You will monitor obligations, milestones, notices, and key dates to ensure compliance and assist with variations, claims, and close-out activities.

Ideal candidates will have a degree in a related field and professional certification in contracts, procurement, or commercial management.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Law, Engineering, Quantity Surveying, Commercial Management, or a related discipline.
  • Professional certification in contracts, procurement, commercial management, or a related field is an advantage.
  • Previous experience in contract administration, commercial management, procurement, or project controls is preferred.
  • Experience in the engineering, energy, oil & gas, infrastructure, or construction industry is advantageous.

Responsibilities

  • Support the preparation, review, negotiation, and administration of contracts, subcontracts, purchase orders, and related commercial documents.
  • Monitor contractual obligations, deliverables, milestones, notices, and key dates to ensure compliance.
  • Review contract terms and conditions and identify potential commercial and contractual risks.
  • Assist project teams in managing variations, change orders, claims, extensions of time, and other contractual matters.
  • Prepare and issue contractual correspondence, notices, letters, and other documentation in accordance with contract requirements.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date contract records, registers, and documentation.
  • Coordinate with internal departments and external stakeholders regarding contractual requirements and obligations.
  • Support the preparation of contractual reports, commercial summaries, and management presentations.
  • Assist with the resolution of contractual issues and disputes in coordination with commercial and legal teams.
  • Ensure that contract administration activities comply with Worley policies, project procedures, applicable laws, and client requirements.
  • Support procurement and subcontracting activities, including review of commercial terms and supplier/subcontractor obligations.
  • Monitor contractor and subcontractor performance against contractual requirements.
  • Assist in identifying opportunities to reduce contractual and commercial exposure and improve project outcomes.
  • Participate in contract close-out activities, including final documentation, outstanding claims, and lessons learned.
