Your day involves managing and overseeing project contracts to ensure compliance with terms, maintaining accurate documentation, processing claims, and assisting Project Managers with correspondence and stakeholder communication. You also focus on identifying and mitigating contractual risks, monitoring issues, preparing reports, and ensuring all activities align with relevant laws and industry standards.

How You Will Make an Impact
  • Oversee and manage project contracts, ensuring compliance with terms, maintaining accurate records, and issuing clear, contract-compliant correspondence as required.
  • Review, process, and submit claims to consortium partners in a timely manner while maintaining a detailed claims register to track their status.
  • Act as the main point of contact for contractual matters, supporting Project Managers with drafting letters, providing relevant site information, and ensuring effective communication with all stakeholders.
  • Identify and mitigate potential contractual risks, monitor and report issues to the Project Site Manager, and address any deviations from contractual obligations promptly.
  • Maintain comprehensive documentation of contractual activities, including daily and weekly reports, and generate regular updates on contract status, claims, and key metrics.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards, liaise with legal counsel on disputes, and stay updated on legislative changes affecting contracts.
What You Bring
  • Preference for Saudi citizens with strong knowledge of local laws and regulations in Saudi Arabia.
  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Law, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in contract management, ideally in the power plant, energy sector, or large-scale EPC (Engineering, Procurement, and Construction) projects.
  • In-depth understanding of contractual terms and conditions, claims management, risk mitigation, and relevant industry standards.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively in fast-paced environments.
  • Certification in contract management (, Certified Professional Contract Manager - CPCM) and exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
