Key Accountability Areas
- Contract Control
- Build, run and maintain related contracts and discuss deviations with Legal Department and / or top management
- Negotiate commercial terms and conditions with Suppliers, monitor bidding process by evaluating commercial bids and flag non-compliance incidents
- Recommend supplier selection and prepare Statement of Work (SoW) for service provider contracts
- Receive complaints from end users, discuss with suppliers, enforce penalties and initiate termination of contract in case of continued non-compliance
- Policies, Processes and Procedures
- Conduct day-to-day activities while ensuring compliance to policies and procedures
- Contribute to the identification of opportunities for continuous improvement of systems, processes taking into account leading practices, changes in business environment, cost reduction and productivity improvement
Qualifications for Internal Candidates
- Knowledge and Experience - Minimum or no prior experience is required
- Education and Certifications - A Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Economics is required
