Jobgether seeks an experienced content professional to own content strategy, editorial quality, and measurable outcomes for a software product business. You will guide a small team, balance AI-assisted creation with hands-on editing, and optimize content for traditional and AI-powered search.

You'll translate complex technical knowledge into clear, reader-friendly content and directly tie decisions to business results, collaborating with leadership, developers, and product teams.

Qualifications

• Several years of experience creating, writing, and editing high-quality content with strong writing skills and editorial judgment.
• Experience leading a small team of writers with constructive feedback.
• Quality-first mindset focused on content value and impact over volume.
• Proven ownership of content performance and ability to tie to business results.
• Hands-on SEO and AI-driven search optimization, not just management.
• Strong knowledge of AI writing/editing tools and when to rely on human judgment.
• Experience creating content for software/SaaS or technical products, translating complex concepts clearly.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment and set priorities without detailed instructions.

Responsibilities

• Define and lead the content direction, setting editorial priorities and identifying topics/formats with high value.
• Edit and improve content for clarity, accuracy, relevance, and high editorial standards.
• Use AI tools to support research, drafting, and editing while maintaining quality.
• Lead and mentor a small team of writers, providing constructive feedback.
• Own content performance, track results, and guide improvements with data.
• Improve visibility through SEO and AI-powered search optimization, including GEO/AEO strategies.
• Experiment with new topics and formats, scaling successful initiatives.
• Collaborate with leadership, developers, and product teams to translate technical knowledge into engaging content.
