Role Description

The Content Creator is a full-time, on-site role based in Jeddah. This role is responsible for developing engaging visual and written content for social media, digital campaigns, and brand activations in line with client objectives and Ace’s creative standards. Day-to-day tasks include brainstorming concepts with the creative and marketing teams, planning content calendars, producing and editing multimedia assets, and adapting content for different platforms and formats. The Content Creator will collaborate closely with account managers, designers, and event production teams to ensure consistency across campaigns and on-ground experiences. The role also involves monitoring content performance, suggesting improvements, and staying current with trends in digital media, experiential marketing, and brand storytelling.

• Demonstrated ability in creating digital and social media content, including short-form video, imagery, and copywriting for various platforms.
• Experience in content planning and strategy, including developing content calendars and aligning content with campaign goals and brand guidelines.
• Proficiency with common content creation and editing tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, video editing software) and basic understanding of design principles.
• Knowledge of digital marketing concepts, such as audience engagement, SEO basics for content, and performance tracking using analytics tools.
• Strong storytelling skills, attention to detail, and the ability to adapt tone and style to different brands and audiences.
• Effective collaboration skills and the ability to coordinate with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced, event-focused environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, Design, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Prior experience in marketing agencies, events, or experiential campaigns in the MENA region is an advantage; proficiency in Arabic and English is required.
