Job summary

Noble Horizon is seeking a Content Creator to develop and manage high-performing digital content across our platforms in a fast-paced, digital-first environment.

The role focuses on content performance, audience engagement, and trend-driven, platform-optimized output in Arabic and English, with collaboration across designers, editors, and videographers.

Qualifications

• Fluent in Arabic and English, written and spoken, is mandatory.
• 3+ years of experience in content creation, social media, or digital publishing.
• Strong writing and copywriting skills across social and editorial formats.
• Solid understanding of social media platforms, formats, and audience behavior.
• Basic filming and mobile content capture skills.
• Experience using scheduling tools to manage content calendars.
• Ability to interpret performance metrics and apply insights.
• Familiarity with short-form editing tools such as CapCut, Premiere Pro, Canva.
• Strong cultural awareness of GCC audiences and expat communities.
• Organized and detail-oriented, able to work under deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Create engaging written, visual, and short-form content across platforms (Instagram, TikTok, X, Facebook, LinkedIn, Snapchat).
• Develop captions, scripts, hooks, headlines, and post copy in Arabic and English.
• Capture and produce short-form content including reels, stories, interviews, and event coverage.
• Ensure content aligns with brand tone, quality standards, and platform best practices.
• Support day-to-day publishing and maintain content calendars.
• Adapt content formats for platform-specific performance and audience behavior.
• Monitor trends, cultural moments, and viral opportunities relevant to KSA and the region.
• Maintain consistency in tone, quality, and delivery timelines.
• Monitor content performance and identify opportunities to improve reach, engagement, and retention.
• Collaborate with designers, editors, videographers, and internal stakeholders; assist with translation/localization as needed.
• Assist with on-ground filming and content capture during events and activations.

The Content Creator will be responsible to produce and manage high-performing digital content across our platforms.

This role goes beyond content creation. We are looking for someone who understands how content performs, how audiences engage, and how to consistently produce relevant, trend-driven, and platform-optimized content that drives growth, engagement, and community interaction.

The ideal candidate combines creative execution with platform awareness and is comfortable working in a fast-paced, digital-first environment.

KEY RESPONSIBILITY

Content Creation & Execution

• Create engaging written, visual, and short-form content across Instagram, TikTok, X, Facebook, LinkedIn, Snapchat, and emerging platforms
• Develop captions, scripts, hooks, headlines, and post copy in both Arabic and English
• Capture and produce short-form content including reels, stories, interviews, event coverage, and trend-led formats
• Ensure all content aligns with brand tone, quality standards, and platform best practices

Social Media Support & Publishing

• Support day-to-day publishing across social platforms and maintain content calendars
• Adapt content formats for platform-specific performance and audience behavior
• Monitor trends, cultural moments, and viral opportunities relevant to KSA and the region
• Maintain consistency in tone, quality, and delivery timelines

Performance & Optimization

• Monitor content performance and identify opportunities to improve reach, engagement, and retention
• Apply platform insights to optimize content for saves, shares, watch-time, and interaction
• Understand audience behavior and contribute to content improvements based on data and trends

Community & Collaboration

• Support community engagement including comments, messages, and audience interaction where required
• Coordinate with designers, editors, videographers, and internal stakeholders
• Support branded content, client deliverables, and campaign execution
• Assist with minor translation and localization needs

Event Coverage & Activations

• Support on-ground filming and content capture during events and activations when required

Qualification Requirements

• Familiarity with short-form editing tools (e.g., CapCut, Premiere Pro, Canva)
• Strong cultural awareness of Qatar, GCC audiences, and expat communities
• Organized, detail-oriented, and able to work under deadlines
