Job summary

Stax Logistics is seeking an experienced Operations Manager to lead and oversee all daily operations at our container terminal in Jeddah. The role focuses on yard operations, container handling, storage, and equipment utilization to ensure efficient and safe terminal performance.

You will manage workforce planning, optimize container movements, and maintain high service levels for customers. A strong background in terminal operations and leadership is required for success in this on-site

Qualifications

Minimum 5 years of direct container terminal or depot experience.
Hands-on experience managing container yard and depot operations.
Strong knowledge of stacking, yard planning, gate-in/gate-out, and container movements.
Experience with reach stackers and other terminal equipment.
Experience supervising operational teams and daily terminal activities.
Familiarity with Yard Management Systems or Terminal Operating Systems.
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field preferred.
