Overview

Lead operations in aluminium alloy manufacturing with a focus on secondary scrap processing, aluminium melting, and die‑casting production, while also ensuring preventive and corrective maintenance of fire alarm, HVAC, and tunnel ventilation systems across multiple facilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate the aluminium alloy manufacturing process, including scrap processing, melting, and die‑casting.
• Plan, implement, and supervise preventive and corrective maintenance of fire fighting and fire alarm systems, ensuring safety audits, emergency response readiness, and risk assessment.
• Maintain HVAC and tunnel ventilation systems through scheduled preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and operational monitoring, with emphasis on safety, compliance, and documentation.
• Oversee elevator and escalator maintenance, ensuring project management, budget control, and facility management support.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to support product development, quality assurance, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Generate qualified leads for training services, support sales cycles, and maintain client databases, applying strong communication and project oversight skills.
• Develop and maintain scalable web applications using Python frameworks, implement RESTful APIs, and work in an Agile environment.
