Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years' experience as a Construction Project Manager.
• Strong understanding of construction processes, regulations, and best practices.
• Excellent organizational skills with ability to prioritize tasks.
• Strong leadership skills with ability to manage project teams.
• Excellent communication skills with proficiency in English (Arabic preferred).
• Previous experience working in Africa preferred.
• Must have a valid biometric passport.

Responsibilities

• Plan, schedule, and manage all aspects of construction projects from start to finish.
• Create project budgets and ensure projects stay within budgets.
• Oversee project teams including architects, engineers, contractors, and subcontractors.
• Monitor project progress and ensure deadlines are met.
• Ensure compliance with local regulations and safety standards.
• Communicate with clients to provide updates on progress.
• Identify risks or issues and develop solutions.
• Manage contracts, permits, and reports.
• Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress.
