Construction Project Manager – Fit‑Out

The Construction Project Manager – Fit‑Out is responsible for the end‑to‑end delivery of interior fit‑out projects, ensuring works are completed in line with approved designs, specifications, timelines, budgets, and quality standards. The role requires close coordination with clients, designers, consultants, mall/landlord management, and subcontractors to ensure seamless execution and successful handover.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage site activities, including scheduling and coordination of all trades.
• Coordinate multiple trades such as joinery, MEP, finishes, and FF&E.
• Control costs and variations, monitoring progress against schedules.
• Ensure compliance with HSE requirements and landlord/authority regulations.
• Resolve site issues, maintain quality and deliver high‑end interior finishes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, or a related field
• 10 years of experience in interior fit‑out projects (commercial, retail, hospitality, or office)
• Strong knowledge of fit‑out materials, finishes, joinery, and MEP coordination
• Proven experience in managing fast‑track projects and tight handover deadlines
• Solid understanding of contract administration, cost control, variations, and claims
• Experience dealing with landlords, malls, and local authority requirements
• Strong leadership, coordination, and problem‑solving skills
• Proficiency in MS Office and project planning tools (Primavera / MS Project preferred)
