Job summary

Qiddiya Development Company (QDC) is seeking a senior professional to support the Construction Management vertical. You will help establish governance, finance, and reporting systems for the Director – Project / Strategy / Finance, including board submissions and critical executive briefs.

You will coordinate budgets, workforce planning, and multi‑disciplinary inputs across Design, Delivery, Procurement, Commercial, and Risk to enable informed strategic decisions for a large capital program in

Qualifications

• Experience in management reporting, project controls, strategy, or finance for large programs.
• Experience supporting Board and executive reporting with structured papers.
• Strong PowerPoint skills for executive-level presentations.
• Solid budgeting, forecasting, cost control, and variance analysis abilities.
• Experience in giga-projects or large multi-stakeholder environments.

Responsibilities

• Support governance framework establishment and reporting for Construction Management vertical.
• Coordinate governance assurance, internal audit actions, and timely closures.
• Lead budgets, forecasts, and financial plans with cross‑functional teams.
• Monitor cash flow, variances, and provide insights to senior leadership.
• Support development of strategy, operating model, phasing, and resourcing.
• Prepare Board Papers and executive briefing materials with financial models.
• Coordinate N‑1 submissions and investment committee papers.
• Act as central coordinator for strategic initiatives led by the Director.
• Assist in workforce cost planning and organizational structure for the vertical.
• Coordinate inputs across Design, Delivery, Procurement, Commercial, Finance, and Risk.
• Support recruitment approvals and onboarding for new roles within Construction Management.
• Maintain registers, trackers, and dashboards for governance actions and budgets.
• Represent the Director in meetings when required.
