Job summary

Multilink Management Consultants is seeking an experienced Construction Manager to lead and supervise large-scale EPC projects in the Oil & Gas sector. You will coordinate with Engineering, Procurement, QA/QC, HSE and subcontractors to drive progress on site.

The ideal candidate holds a Mechanical Engineering degree, has 10+ years in oil & gas construction, proven EPC project leadership, and Gulf experience is mandatory.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering.
• 10+ years of experience in Oil & Gas construction projects.
• Proven experience managing large EPC projects.
• Gulf experience is mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise construction activities for large-scale EPC projects.
• Coordinate with Engineering, Procurement, QA QC, HSE and subcontractors.
• Monitor project schedules, manpower and site progress.
• Ensure compliance with HSE policies, quality standards and client requirements.
• Resolve construction issues and drive timely project completion.
• Prepare progress reports and coordinate with project stakeholders.
