Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials and industry standards.
• Proficiency in project management software and MS Office.
• Ability to interpret engineering drawings and specifications.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills.

Responsibilities

Overview

The Construction Manager will oversee and coordinate all on-site activities for high end building projects in Umluj, KSA (remote location) ensuring work is completed safely, on time, within budget, and in compliance with design specifications and quality standards.
